26.4 Statistical Output

Under the “Statistical Output” tab window of the sensitivity analysis different parameters can be calculated. Statistical outputs are information reader functions and have to be executed after being automatically added to the file tree.

26.4.1 Mean Change

In the mean change tab under the main tab statistical output of thesensitivity analysis dialog mean change values can be calculated for each modified index file that was generated during the sensitivity analysis mode applied.

Generally it is the arithmetic mean that is calculated but with different options. The mean change can be given as:

  • Value: the mean differences with signs, e.g. +5, -3 …
  • Absolute Value: the mean differences without signs, e.g. 5, 3
  • Relative Value: the relative mean differences with signs, e.g. +20%, -40%
  • Relative Absolute Value: the relative mean differences without signs, e.g. 20%, 40%
26.4.2 Changing Unit Counts

In the changing unit counts tab under the main tab statistical output of the sensitivity analysis dialog the number of changing units can be counted. The function utilizes the information reader function zero range value and counts the units changing less than the specified range, e.g. counts all units changing less than 5% if the index settings are modified as set in the mode tab window.

All modified index files have to be executed after being added to the file tree as connections.
